CHEF DAVID LEVECCHIA...
BIOGRAPHY OF CHEF DAVID LEVECCHIA:
A 1989 graduate of the Academy of Culinary arts, Chef David Levecchia has worked in a variety of places. From 4 stars to 5 diamond restaurants such as the Rittenhouse Hotel, Braddocks Tavern, Lambertis Restaurant and the 20 House Tavern.
Chef Levecchia specializes in fusing old world ingredients with new world cuisine. A favorite dish is the maryland crab cakes, they are served with a double mustard beurre blanc.
At Scaturro's you will find several types of fish and seafood from around the world as well as prime cuts of steaks and chops. All of the food we prepare is presented artfully. Chef Levecchia adds:
